    We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and energetic Process Architect to join our fast growing logistics organization. In your position, you will play a key role in the startup and growing success of our company. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a growth mindset are a must for success in this role.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Internal and external process mapping
    • Current state and future state documentation
    • Pain point and opportunity analysis
    • Gap analysis and high level business case design
    • In depth business case development for internal and external solutions investments
    • Client engagement implementation 
    • In-depth understanding of back office process architecture to include – AR/AP, invoicing, collections, order management
    • Partnership and collaboration with internal accounting, finance, and operations teams

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Commitment and connection to our company values

    • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, accounting, finance, or similar required; MBA preferred

    • Experience on 3 or more projects in the process design and business architecture implementation in the last 2 years

    • Understanding of or familiarity with multiple variants of TMS and ERP softwares (NetSuite preferred)

    • Working experience with Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Teams, as well as G-Suite applications

    • Willingness to travel up to 50%
